hello
you want to fill the form of BSC
first you have the science stream in 12th class
in Bsc you have two stream
bsc with maths
bsc with bio
if you have bio in 12th class then you have to choose bsc bio.
if you have maths in 12th class you have to choose bsc maths
there is depend on university they take entrance exam or not.
many university did not take any entrance exam but just check your 12th class marks and give admission.
you did not mention for which university you want to take admission in bsc.
so keep update with your state university and get information from your city college.
