IAS application form will out about in the month of December, be in touch with employment news paper. Books are depends upon which subjects you are opt. for Mains exam. in the Pre exam there will be apply C-Set system in which there is more stress on General Studies should be given.

WERE DO I GET IAS APPLICATION FORM

The UPSC Civil Service examination forms were available from 19th February,2011.

Important Dates:

*Last date of submission of form:21.03.2011
*Date of Prelim Exams:12.06.2011
*Date of Main Exams:29.10.2011

You can fill the form Online as well as offline.

If you have not filled the form as yet, then I suggest that you go for the online method.

You can fill the online form at:

The procedure is simple and fast and is clearly mentioned on the UPSC website.

I have attached the notification for eligibility, syllabus and other important details for you to refer.

For preparation you can refer to books given in the attachment.

UPSC Conducts the Civil services examination and to become a IAS you have to appear for this examination.

But, you can not apply for this exam now because the last date of apply for this examination was alreay over. So, please dont worry, apply for this exam next time.

The last date of apply for this exam was - 21/March/2011

And the entrance exam was going to be held on - 12/June/2011.

To apply for this exam, you have to be graduate in any discipline.

And your age should between 21 to 30 years.

There are two exam for IAS,i.e are Civil preliminary exam and Civil main exam.

The person who qualify the Civil Preliminary exam are eligible to Civil Main exam.

Civil Preliminary exam notification was released on 19/02/2011, and closed issuing of application form on 21/03/2011 and exam is going to held on 12/06/2011.

As issuing of application has been closed,you cannot apply for this year,so you can apply for coming year.

Civil Main exam notification date was not released yet,but exam date is on 29/10/2011.this is the exam for the candidates ,who qulafied in the Civil Preliminary exam,as i said above.........
