If in the B.arch exam i scored only 52% marks.i do have a 10 years experience in this field.Is it possible for me to appear for ITPI exams in 2012?

1.howmuch is the fees to be paid towards registration,examination,studentship,processing and other ?; & 2. demand draft to be drawn in favour of whom? 3.shall i submit the applicaion for student ship in this month for sitting the exams in april 2012?

I want to be a member of this prestigious institute of India as I am qualified town planner having passed post diploma in town and country planning in 1991 from central institute of technology madras also known as central polytechnic tharammani madras in distinction class with more than 80% marks .I have also under taken a study of environmental assessment of Arunbakkam madras organized at madras by institute of town planners , India, (madras chapter) during the month of June 1990 to August 1990 and a certificate in this regard is with me. I have more than 20 years of practical experience in the field of town planning , Urban planning and in slums development as I work in town planning organization kashmir .
