Forms are available for this exam from 8th jan to 14th feb.date of exam 14 may 2011.your age must in between 21 to 30 yrs for this exam.you can buy form from any forms shop.

IES Exams forms are available from january'2011 and last date for receipt form is on 7th February'2011.
The forms are available in post offices and job centre. Also, by sending a demand draft, we can get from UPSC directly.

Engineering services exam was conducted by UPSC every year.

The Notification of this examination was announced on 08/Jan/2011 And the last date of apply for this examination was 07/Feb/2011.

So, I think you can not apply for this examination because the dates was already passed. The entrance examination are going to be held on 14/May/2011.

So, if you have apply for this examination then its good, Other wise you have missed the chance, so apply next time when the notification was announced.

The notification of this examination was published in the employment newspaper and also in the UPSC official website. So, please check the UPSC official website for Details.

And to apply for this examination you need Degree in Engineering or equivalent. M.Sc Degree or its equivalent with Wireless Communication, Electronics, Radio Physics or Radio Engineering as a special subject also acceptable for certain posts And your age should between 21 To 30 Years.

IES Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualifications :

Degree in :
• Electrical Engineering
• Electronics & Communications Engineering
• Civil Engineering
• Mechanical Engineering

or equivalent degree from recognized universities.

• M.Sc. degree or equivalent with Wireless Communication, Electronics, Radio Physics or Radio Engineering as a special subject is also acceptable for certain posts.
• Students of final year Engineering or equivalent degree are also eligible.

so there is no percentage is required only pass out of final student are enough..

Age Limits :

Not less than 21 years and not more than 30 years

Date of notification:8th January,2011

Last date to apply:14th February,2011

Exam date:14th May,2011
