hi sir i completed my b.com in madras university (distance education),wheather iam eligible to write tnpsc.i want to know thw exam dates and application issuing dates (2010)

here are the details...
Availability of Application Forms:

OMR Application forms will be available at all Head Post Offices and Selected Sub-Post Offices in Tamil Nadu/Puducherry and also from TNPSC Office Sales Counter. Candidates can also apply online through the website www.tnpsc.gov.in.

Important Dates(Tentative):

Date of Written Examination: March 4th week, 2010
Availability of Application Forms: November 2nd week, 2009
Last date for receipt of applications/Online Application: December 3rd week, 2009

Please note that the dates are only tentative and are not final. The post will be updated as soon as the dates are officially released.

Selection Procedure:

There will be a written examination of 300 marks of 3 hours duration which will be divided in two parts: General Knowledge(Degree Std.) & General Tamil / General English. In second part candidates have the option to either attempt General Tamil or General English questions. Both the parts will be of 150 marks each containing 100 questions each. Syllabus will be available through the following link: TNPSC Syllabus. For the services for which oral examination is also conducted the oral test will be of 40 marks.

Hi My date of birth is 1985 .And I am a degree holder(mathematics) from a recognized university .Can u please tell me the forth coming exams in 2010 after May . I am eagerly preparing for it .

What are all the exams coming after may this yea and also help me by providing the examination daes and also the last date of sending application .

The date for the TNPSC group exam 2010 was held on 02.05.2010..so it is over for this year hope that you did not miss it..

If you have mised it then i will suggest you to appear for the next year in the same time..
