First in the June month,
and second in the december month.

June 5th, 2011; June 3rd, 2012

December 4th, 2011; December 2nd, 2012.

Dates of CPT online 2011 have not been notified as of yet by the organizing committee. They are expected to be declared soon.

However dates of exam in paper and pencil mode is 19 june 2011.

Dates for the online CPT exam have need annunced as of yet. However, dates for the exam in paper in pencil mode is 19th June 2011.
You can fill up the CPT 2011 examination application form online at http://icaiexam.icai.org from 4th April, 2011 (10:00 hrs) to 25th April, 2011 (17:30hrs) and remit the fee online by using credit card, either VISA or Master Card.
