is the degree awarded by the INSTITUTION OF CIVIL ENGINEERS approved by Govt. Is it valid for Govt job.

Yes, Institution of Civil Engineers(India), Ludhiana is approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). Hence you are eligible for government job.

The degree awarded by the Institute of Civil Engineers is not approved by the government for entrance into civil engineering programs. However, many universities do accept this degree as qualification for admission into their civil engineering programs.
