Sir, I am a female candidate and presently in 12th from Science stream. I wish to join Indian Navy as a Pilot (ships driver). So, which course should I do after qualifying my 12th Board exams?

You will be having opportunities in Indian Navy if you have passed 10+2 with Physics and Mathematics subjects.

Through Short Service Commission scheme of Indian Navy, you can be recruited in Indian Navy on the basis of your skills.

Female candidates can be recruited in following fields like:

• Naval Architecture
• Observer
• Logistics Works
• Law
• ATC
• Pilot General
• Naval Armanent Inspectorate (NIA)

For getting recruited as a Pilot General, candidate should have age limit of 19 to 24 years. And she should have completed B.E./B.Tech with 10+2 (having Physics and Mathematics).

Since, you have done 10+2. So, now you should pursue B.E./B.Tech in any stream (like Civil, Electrical, CS, Mechanical, etc.)
