The course is available in subjects like E & C, CSE, civil engineering, and so on. Structural Engineering, Hydraulics, Electrical Engineering, etc are some other streams in M.Tech. Embedded Systems, VLSI Design, etc can be selected by engineering graduates in electronics. You can select any subject based on the related area of your studies. Admission to M.Tech course is done through entrance exams like GATE. B.Tech/M.Sc graduates are eligible for GATE.
