For that you have to appear in GATE exam, which is conducted by IIT's and IISC jointly.

After qualifying in GATE you will get a chance to take admission in M.tech course.
The duration of M.tech course is 2 years.

After completion of M.tech course you can get a good core sector job with much higher salary.
