please full detailed in short term software developing courses.
I'll complete B.C.A in ,but i can confuse which courses is increased in my carrear.Two problems in my below carrear-money & time.

Well there are many courses offered by different institutes like NIIT ans small firms. So, try to enroll in any one of the courses offered according to your interest. Actually there are many languages that you need to learn for developing a software so these institutes give you a certificate for that particular language like C, C++, Java, .NET, Oracle, SQL etc.
According to market studies you should opt for either JAVA or ORACLE and SQL in addition to both. By doing these courses i am sure you will get a job with handsome pay.
