for drug inspector you should have degree in pharmacy or Pharmaceutical or medicine with specialization in clinical pharmacology or microbiology from a recognized university.

pharmacy degree obtained must be from PCI approved college.

To become a drug inspector you have to complete at least the bachelor's degree in pharmacy or clinical pharmacology or any pharmaceutical specialization from a recognized university which has PCI approval.

The UPSC publishes notification of the vacancies in the drug inspector post every year. Just keep your eye on the notification.

Dear after completing your b pharmacy with good percentage and having experience of three or four years you can apply through UPSC and can become a drug inspector

Dear friend

i am providing you complete details about to become drug inspector that are as follows:

A. Educational qualification : Degree in Pharmacy or Pharmaceutical Sciences or Medicine with specialization in Clinical Pharmacology or Microbiology from a recognized University or equivalent. Pharmacy degree obtained must be from PCI approved college and candidate be registered with state or central pharmacy council.

B. Experience : 3 years' experience in the manufacture or testing of Biological and special products specified in Schedule 'C' and 'C'(1) to the Drugs & Cosmetics Rules, 1945.

DUTIES : Duties and functions specified in Rules 51 and 52 of the Drugs and Cosmetics Rules, 1945 include inspection of (i) all licensed drugs manufacturing establishments ii) the plant and the process of manufacture, the means employed for standardizing and testing the drug, the methods and place of storage, the technical qualifications of the staff etc. which are likely to affect the potency or purity of the product, taking samples of drugs from premises of manufacturer/dealers for test or analysis (iii) investigation of cases of spurious drugs and related complaints and (iv) launching of prosecutions for breaches of the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940 and Rules.

Postings at - HQ : Central Drugs Standard Control Organizations (CDSCO) Headquarters, Zonal / Sub-Zonal / Port Offices etc. but liable to serve anywhere in India.

On vacancy UPSC will give advertisement in employment news or upsc portal. if more candidates will be there then they will do screening with screening test otherwise based on education and experience fit for post they will call candidates for interview in 1:5 ratio at UPSC Dholpur house office. Interview will be taken by UPSC SECRETORY, JOINT DRUG CONTROLLER INDIA, AND ONE SENIOR PERSON FROM INDUSTRY. question will be technical only and all will be related to candidates experience and profile he worked on and not on General Knowledge.

To become drug inspector, you need to write MPSC exam
you should not be more than 35 years.
you must be degree in pharmacy and pharmaceutical chemistry or medicine with specialization in pharmacology or microbiology.

Hi,
your aim in life is a very good one. You want serve your motherland and you have all the qualities to become IG.
My advice would be, since you are in class 9, concentrate in your studies and study very hard. After getting degree, you can write IPS exam and you can become IPS officer.

Check out following eligibilities by your own in this respect because you havnt told the details in this respect:
-Since you have done BPharma , it means you have a right qualification for drug inspector.
-Age should be between 21 to 32 years.
-You should not have any financial interest in the import/manufacture of sale or drugs and cosmetics
Among these third point is crucial since you most of the person try to get in because of their own profit of drug inspectory.
Individual Public service commissions of states (PSCs) appoints drug inspector every year depending upon the vacancies.
Selection is made through :1. Written test in pharmacy subject
2. Viva voce

Yes you are eligible as per the eligibility crtieria for this exam.
To become Drug Inspector you should be B phrma. from a PCI recognized college.
Exam for drug inspector are conducted every year.

•For appearing the exams go through details of UPSC exam.

•Maharashtra Public Service Commission (MPSC) conducts various Recruitment Exams every year.The application form can be downloaded from the official website of MPSC and can buy from designated Post Offices.
•APPSC Drugs Inspector Entrance Examination is conducted by Andhra Pradesh Public Service commission. The application form can be obtained from the APPSC official website and designated Post Offices
