How can I join NASA or ISRO after Aeronautical Engineering? And also explain me that what is the procedure in detailed manner?

ISRO is a proud giving organisation if you work for. It is a pride for the nation. You have a very good interest.
Since you are from Aeronautical you have good chance in ISRO or NASA.
Understand the basics clearly and try to prepare for GATE from the start of the course.
GATE exam will be conducted every year and is eligible for final year candidates.
Apply for BARC, If you get a good marks in GATE then you have options to call for BARC interview.
BARC interview is the toughest in India, so prepare in depth from the basics.
ISRO, DRDO, BARC are all ressearch organisations owned by government so they place depending on the vacancy.
