What is the difference between diploma and degree?
Which is better and how?

Diploma is the course which you can do after 10 as well as 10+2 class.It's a three course.You can choose your feild here like mechanical,electrical,CS,EC,civil etc.

Degree is the course which you can do after 10+2 class.It's a four year course.In these also you can choose your feild mechanical,electrical,CS,EC,civil etc.

But degree is higher value then diploma.because nowdays in company a degree holder person has more value than diploma holder person.
A degree holder person get promotion fastly then a diploma holder person.

Diploma Course:- You can do diploma course after 12th or 10th class.
It is may me for 6 month, 1 year, 2 year or 3 year.
Degree course:- you can do degree course only after 12th class.
It is for 3year, 4 year, 5 year.
Degree course is more better the diploma because after degree course you get more jobs.

2 Provided by accredited or recognized university
3 Curriculum is structured base on both career and academic objectives
4 several subjects related to the one in which person very much interested
5 Considedrer superior to diploma
6 Many higher studies option
