There are a few differences between Management Fundamentals and Management Practice. Here are they:

1. Management fundamentals means the basics of management that is employed to attain organisational interests and through effective and efficient manner.

2. Many a times a lot of managers and top level executives forget the basic definition of management and overlook the important aspects of the same which are very essential in the smooth running of a company.

3. On the other hand, Management Practice is basically the actual implementation of all the concepts that are studied under Management fundamentals.

4. The MBA students across the globe are taught about the basic fundamentals of management and how can things be better managed. But ultimate it is the student who has to play in the real battlefield and deploy his/her own strategy.

Thus, it is really important to understand the basics and fundamentals of management and deploy all the learning in real time situations.
