What is the difference between upcpmt and upcmet exams 2015 respectively....??? and their details respectively....

Both the exam are conducted for MBBS admission in various medical colleges in UP.

UPCPMT (Uttar Pradesh Combined Pre Medical Test):

It is a state level entrance examination conducted by Chhatrapati Sahuji Maharaj Medical University for the admission to Medical Courses like MBBS, BDS, BHMS, BAMS and BUMS.

The examination is conducted for the admission to various government colleges of Uttar Pradesh.

Only permanent residents of UP or who have passed 12th from UP are eligible to apply for this exam.

Application forms will be available in April, 2015.


UPCMET (UP Combined Medical Entrance Test) :

It is conducted by UPUMCWA for admission in MBBS on behalf of member colleges of UP.

Application forms will be available in April and exam is conducted in May.

There is no restriction for non-U.P. students in this exam.
