Do I fall under OBC-NCL certificate if my retired father's income is not more than 5 LPA?


My father was not class a officer till 40 during his retirement he was deputy manager in State Bank of India he retired in 2020 and now his income is not more than 5 lpa. I need certificate for 2023 ???
