Does a college have right to cancel admission?
I have 1 backlog in Diploma and I got Lateral Entry in B.TECH college. When my result came for Diploma I got again back. So, college cancelled my admission. It this legal or not? Do they have right to cancel my admission?

Re: Does a college have right to cancel admission?
Yes, college can cancel your admission. Admission for candidates pursuing in the final year of the minimum required qualification to pursue a course is made on provisional basis.
So, if you have not cleared the backlog before the last date of submission of the certificate, your admission will be cancelled. |
