Does Master of Social Work (MSW) satisfies the requirement for PGT (Post Graduate Teacher)?

I have completed my Master of Social Work (MSW). Am I eligible for PGT (Post Graduate Teacher) now? If yes, then how should I apply for it? And, what will be an estimated cost of the course?
