I am a degree student . We have to take up an elective subject .does marketing or human resource have a good scope ?

HRM
human resource management here you will be dealing with the management of employees of the organisation, like recruiting, organizing campus interviews etc

Marketing
here you will be deal with the customers of the company,
you duty will be to get more customers to the company, marketing new products in markets, etc



both have scope, but it depends upon you, if your interested in HRM go for it
or if your interested in marketing go for it

Yes, In MBA both HR & Marketing having good scope their is no problem .
It is depend upon you to choose better for you.
If you are taking HR then you will get executive post in Company , means the recruiting team which mainly arrives in campus selection in many colleges .

In Marketing you have to work in filed , you have to guide your client about your products or any good in which you are working .
This thing is difference between both.
