Does a student taking PCMB compulsorily opt for JEE or NEET?

No, not all appearing in JEE (Joint Entrance Examination) or NEET (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test) or any other competitive examination is not compulsory for any Class 12th passed candidate in PCMB group.

It is student's personal choice based upon his/her interest as appearing in and qualifying JEE opens the option of pursuing degree courses in engineering from top technical colleges while at the same time qualifying NEET opens the option of pursuing degree course in medical from top medical colleges.

So, you need to appear in these examination only if you have particular interest in these fields otherwise there is no need at all.

No, you can take any other examination other than JEE or NEET and pursue course other than engineering or medical.
