You must have proper strategy to crack each exam.

Because, all these three exams have different exam pattern and conducted by different authorities.

So, difficulty level of all these exams vary from each other.

AIIMS is considered as the prominent medical institute while JIPMER (Jawaharlal Institute of Post-Graduate Medical Education & Research) is another decent medical college.

While EAMCET is conducted in Andhra Pradesh for admission to engineering colleges.

No. of questions, difficulty level, exam pattern is different in each exam.

You must refer different books for preparation of each exam.
