NDA refers to National Defense Academy and to join the same, you are required to qualify NDA entrance examination held by UPSC twice every year.

--> The minimum eligibility criteria required to appear in NDA entrance examination are as below :-

* You must be an unmarried Indian male candidate.

* Your age must lie within 16.5 years to 19.5 years.

* You must have completed your Class 12th in any stream from a recognized board of education. But, to join Indian Navy and Indian Air force, you must have studied Mathematics and Physics at your Class 12th level.

* You must hold the physical fitness as per the service requirement norms.

So, being a student pursuing B.Tech degree, you must have completed your Class 12th for sure and therefore if you hold qualifications other than educational qualification too then you are eligible for appearing in the NDA entrance examination.

For more details regarding NDA entrance examination, you can refer to the link www.upsc.gov.in.
