Eligibility to apply for UPSC-IPS recruitment for a candidate who has 2 surgeries?

Hi Sir, my aim is to become an IPS Officer. But I have 2 surgeries. I had a surgeries of Clavicle Collarbone and Kidney stone. I don't know that whether I am eligible or not to apply for UPSC-IPS recruitment. Kindly tell me about this immediately.
