Hello Sir/Madam, I have done my Graduation from NSOU. I want to apply for WBCS exam. I would like to know about my eligibility criteria for applying in this exam. Kindly let me know immediately. Thank you!

You are eligible to apply for the WBCS (West Bengal Civil Service) exam conducted by West Bengal government.

The basic eligibility requirements are listed below:

- The candidate should be a citizen of India.
- The educational qualification required is a graduation or bachelor's level degree from any recognised university.
- The candidates who have studied graduation level degree in distance education/ from open university are eligible for applying to the exam.
- The age should be between 21 - 32 years.
- There is age relaxation given for reserved candidates.

To be eligible you need to have passed 10+2 or equivalent from a recognised board or you must have passed BPP with PSS from NSOU / Passed 10+2 in vocational courses from a recognised board.
