I am rajat khandelwal, studing in class 12 and opted commerse as my subject. I want to be a hotel manager in a reputed hotel like taj. What should me my eligiblity for doing hotel management and what courses should i opt to become a hotel manager after my 12 class and please tell me the list of top hotel managment institutes in india??

Open to candidates from Science, Commerce, Arts and other recognized streams of 10+2 or equivalent Examinations

and attachment no 2 contains govt and private institution list also affliated to National Council for Hotel Management and Catering Technology

academic eligibility is one of imp thing which is mentioned in brochur one more imp thing which you require for the course is english/language fluency with good communication skills ,personality ,creativeness,tact for dealing with all kinds of people,attitude.

Hello Rajat, you can do Bachelor in Hotel management course after your 10+2 exams. You can even go for diploma in hotel management. Once you enter this field you will be able to work in reputed hotels like TAJ and Oberoi Group.

You can do BHM(Bachelor of Hotel Management) after completion of your BTech.
However, I would strictly not advice you to do so.
I will recommend you to add to the engineering prowess of the country, rather than changing you stream.

Is there any difference between Hotel Management course and Bachelor of Hotel Management?
