Eligibility to study MS in Germany for BE Mechanical holder with 55% marks?

Hello everyone, I have completed my BE wit Mechanical Engineering and secured 55% marks. I did my BE from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda. I want to do MS in Germany now. So, am I eligible or not for this?

You are fulfilling the eligibility criteria for doing MS.

Just go through the fee structure of germany offering
such courses.

If thats favourable to you then everything is perfect for you to study MS in germany.
