Entrance exam and colleges for pursuing Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery?


I want to pursue a Diploma course in General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM). Do I need to appear for any entrance exam for this? If yes, please share details of that entrance exam? From, where I can pursue this course? When does session starts and by when should I apply?

Eligibility criteria
10+2 with English and must have obtained minimum of 40% at the qualifying examination and English individually .
Completed their 10+2 with Biology, physics and chemistry as compulsary subject .
Admission is granted both on merit basis as well as on the basis of entrance exam.
Few entrance exam for GNM course are as follows
*AIIMS NURSING entrance exam
*BHU Nursing Entrance exam
*JIPMER
*MGM CET Nursing
*IGNOU OpenNet
Some of the colleges offering the course are
*Lovely Professional University
*Jagannath Community college
*Swarnim startup and Innovation university
*Parul university etc
