sir i just want to know the entrance exam date fo mba course for the year 2012,,as i am a graduate from hotel management and want to proceed my management studies in human resource from IIPM PUNE or BANGALORE..

There will be number of entrance exams all over India that give admission for MBA course like
-CAT (Common Aptitude Test)
-MAT(Management APtitude Test)
-GMAT

CAT is being held one time in a year and MAT Exam is being conducted 4 times in a year.

By cracking the CAT Exam, one will be given admission for MBA course in top B-Schools and IIMs.

For this academic year, the last date to register for CAT Exam is already over and if you are interested, you can appear for upcoming CAT Exam which is going to be conducted in the next academic year.

In order to be eligible for CAT Exam, you should have completed Graduation with any of the stream with a minimum of 50% of marks. There will be relaxation in the percentage of marks upto 5% for the candiates of SC/ST category.

Try to get admission for MBA course in B-Schools so that there is more value for your MBA degree. There will be number of specializations that are being available under MBA course. You can choose the one which you are interested.

Have good preparation to the CAT Exam and crack the exam.

The MBA entrance exams are CAT ,MAT ,XAt etc.

CAT EXAM DETAILS:-

Those candidate have above 50% in graduation are eligible for CAT exam.For SC/ST candidate this marks is decreased to 45% in graduation.

Your graduation college or university must have UGC approval.

This year exam date is already announced.So please check it out.

Registration-17 august 2011 to 28 September 2011

Exam date-22 October to 18 November 2011.

MAT EXAM DETAILS:-

The minimum qualification for appearing in MAT 2012 is graduation in any discipline from any recognized University .

Final year student in any undergraduate (i.e. B.A, B.Sc., B.Com., B.Tech., etc.)can also apply.

There is a minimum percentage requirement in graduation which is different for different management institutes and universities.

Required Eligibility for admission in MBA

1.>You need to have a bachelor's degree (3-year course) or equivalent in any discipline recognised by any Indian University / AICTE as eligible for post-graduate studies.

2.>The candidate must hold a Bachelor’s Degree, with at least 50% marks.Relaxation for SC/ST is 45%.

3.>You can apply while you are in your final year of graduation. If you do get through the admission test, you will be given provisional admission on the condition that you provide your mark sheet and a certificate of passing by a certain date.
