I am third year computer engineering student of mumbai university,i want to know which entrance exams to give in order to be in Indian air force?
please help!!!

Dear friend it is very good to listen that you want to do something for your country.

For joining IAF(Indian Air Force) there are mainly two exams ; these are:-

1.Through CDSE(Combined Defense Services examination)-

Qualification required- Any graduate degree/BE/B Tech degree and having passed Physics and maths in class 12th.

Age limit- 19-23 years

Month of exam- It is conducted twice a year. In the month of April and September.

2.Through SSC(Short service commission)-

Qualification required- Any graduate degree/BE/B Tech degree with minimum 60% marks and having passed Physics and maths in class 12th.

Age limit- 19-23 years

Month of exam- It is conducted twice a year. In the month of March and September.

Hi,

You need to give the EKT(Engineering Knowledge Test) for UES(University Entry Scheme) for entry to the Aeronautical department of IAF in the 3rd year.

being a girl can join airforce,i m pursuing my b.tech in computer science i m in 3rd year.i have 57% in my 10th,48% in my 12th so can i join airforce.....

yes you can join air force after your 10th.
Airforce some recruitment time to time for 10th student.

Age : 16 ½ to 19 years
The Process is to be short-listed for Air Force after the initial selection procedure, go through a 3-year training at National Defence Academy.

Hello sir..i m persuing btch in biotechnology and want to join airforce at an officer rank. Is there an opportunity for me as an officer in air force?Which exams i need to qualify??

I am 12th passed student having 93%and math or phy.also passed.so how?can i join air force

For joining you have to give
cds exam
or ssc exam to join it..
