Dear friend

The admission in NIT Raipur is only through AIEEE examination.
There is reservation of seats in NIT raipur as in other governmental
institutes. The seats are reserved as per govt. rules ie. 27%.
You can appear AIEEE next year in the month of APR and then through
central counseling you can get a seat in there.
If you score well then you could have better chances as well.

as the quota seats for OBC are very less and you should score at least 200 so the admission is very difficult.still you can take a chance and apply for the same.

nit raipur is a very good and reputed college. to get admission in that you college, you will have to give aieee exam. more the marks you get in that exam, more will be your chances of getting admission in that college. 27% of the total seats are reserved for the obc candidates. you will get admission only by doing online counselling.

In NIT Raipur the candidates are selected through AIEEE only...
So through CGPET you cannot go to NIT Raipur...
although there is OBC quota at NIT Raipur through AIEEE, your rank should be good in AIEEE.

my overall ranking in India in aieee is 247000 can i get admission in raipur nit in mecanical branch or any other branch

Admission in any nit is not possible through any state exams
hence in order to get admission in raipur nit u should get agood score in aieee
as u are obc u will get a branch of your choice if u secure a rank above 30000
atleast
if u belong to cg then 30000 is more than enough

U cant qualify for nit raipur via cgpet

As NIT raipur comes under central govt. you are not eligible to get into it via CGPET EXAMS.

For you to qualify for NIT raipur you will have to get through AIEEE.

As you are from OBC category you are quite lucky to get an easy admission if you secure a rank of 70,000 and above if you belong to chhattisgarh.

Else for All India you will have to secure a rank well above 30,000.
