sir i want to know that does the exam of ntse stage1 and stage 2 conducted in same month

No. NTSE Stage I and Stage II are conducted in different months. NTSE Stage I and Stage II will be conducted in the months of November, 2017 and May, 2018 respectively. NTSE (National Talent Search Examination) is conducted by NCERT (National Council of Educational Research & Training) for awarding scholarships. Scholarships will be awarded to qualifying candidates on the basis of performance in both the stages.

NTSE Exam Eligibility

Stage I
Class X candidates can appear NTSE Stage I.

Stage II
NTSE Stage I qualifying candidates can appear NTSE Stage II Exam.

Apply For NTSE Exam
- You can obtain NTSE application form from your State/UT Liaison Office.
- Fill the application form carefully and Submit it before the last date of submission to address specified by Liaison Office.
- Last Date of Submission of application is different for different states.

NTSE Exam Pattern
- In both the stages, Examination is divided into two papers.
1) MAT (Mental Ability Test)
2) SAT (Scholastic Aptitude Test)
- Each question will carry 1 mark.
- No negative marking in Stage I.
- In Stage II, 1/3 mark will be deducted for each wrong answer.
