The NTSE Stage-I examination results will not be declared at once. Since, this exam is conducted by respective States / Union Territories, these States/ Union Territories will release NTSE stage-I examination results on different dates before commencement of NTSE Stage-II examination i.e., in the month of April or May. And the NTSE Stage-II examination results will be declared by NCERT.

NTSE stands for National Talent Search Examination. There are two stages in NTSE examination as :-
1. NTSE Stage-I Examination
2. NTSE Stage-II Examination

The NTSE Stage-I examination will be conducted by respective States / Union Territories in the month of every year and candidates who have completed 10th standard are eligible to appear for NTSE Stage-I examination.

The NTSE Stage-II examination will be conducted by NCERT all over India in the month of May every year. Candidates who have qualified in NTSE Stage-I examination are eligible to appear for NTSE Stage-II examination.

Important Dates for NTSE 2014-15 examination is mentioned below :-
NTSE Stage-I Examination Date :-
-->In Mizoram, Meghalaya, Nagaland and Andaman and Nicobar Islands :- 1st November, 2014
-->In All other States and Union Territories :- 2nd November, 2014
NTSE Stage-II Examination Date :-
-->Examination in All States and Union Territories :- 10th May, 2015
