at 251 marks u have got 6100(approx),so at this rank u can get mining in ism dhanbad and b.s.c. In iit roorkee and pulp and paper in iit roorkee..my friend u should wait for 2nd counsilling.........

Hey, you might have got air2000-4000. You may get any branch of your choice but you will have to compromise with the iit college.
