Which field should I get for a better job after completing B.Tech in ECE?

You can find enough career opportunities in both these areas. .Net allows you to have a rewarding career in programming. Infosys, Wipro, etc are some of the MNC offering software jobs. Embedded systems are much related to electronics. After completion of the course, you can find a job with firms like Whirlpool, Samsung, etc.
