If you want to write the GATE exam, the minimum eligibility required is that you have a Bachelors Degree in Engineering/Technology/Architecture/Pharmacy. Post Graduates in Science/Mathematics etc. can also write the GATE exam. It is not possible to go for M.Tech directly after doing your B.Sc. You can do your M.Tech after finishing your Post Graduation in Chemistry, Physics or Maths.

Sorry but you are not eligible for GATE entrance exam. GATE entrance exam eligibility says that you should be a gradute(for BTech graduates) and for BSc students you should have done atleast MSc course.

So first you will need to do MSc and then only you will be eligible for GATE

sorry you are not eligible for GATE because the maximum eligibility is B.E/B.TECH in engineering line but you have to do first M.SC then you are are eligible for the GATE.

Sorry, But you are not eligible for GATE exams. Because to appear in GATE exams you have to do Master degree first. Because after completing your M.sc you are eligible for appear in GATE exams.

So, firstly do M.sc because after B.sc you can not directly appear the GATE exams. After completing M.sc, you are eligible for GATE entrance exams and
then you will get admission in M.tech..........

what should i do after completing Bsc IT, and since technology which students have opted can give exam of gate, so after Bsc IT gate exam is possible.

You will only be eligible ,if you complete the Msc in IT,then you can sit for the exam.

you can give jam for m.sc in getting into iits,nits.

i'm sorry to say that you are not eligible for that.
There is rules that a B.sc candidate can not eligible for GATE.Minimum you have to complete M.SC for GATE.
but,a B.Tech candidate eligible for GATE.

GATE(Graduate aptitude test for engineering) is an exam concted by IIT for post graduation i.e. m.tech
To appear in this exam you should have completed your graduation.
For b.sc students , completion of m.sc is necessary..so you cannot appear for GATE.
since you are from IT field, i think MCA woulb be best for you if you dont want to pursue m.sc
