Firstly Congratulation for Select in ICICI Written Examination.

And if you are Shortlisted for GD, then please prepare for GD, So that you are selected for final interview to get the job.

GD is basically the mind game, it is a method to check the mental ability of a candidates. The GD Topics of ICICI generally is of Case Study Types. So, please prepare for Case study Topics More, So that you will be able to Crack the Group Discussion.

After Clear the GD Round, you are eligible for Final Interview. And after clear the Interview you will get the bank PO jobs.

Case study will be of 3 to 4 Pages and you have to read the case study within the given time period and then you have to share your opinion and ideas, If your ideas are good, then you will get chance to be selected for final Interview. So, ICICI bank GD is based on Case study generally you will be given a particular case and then you will have to discuss on that. Thus It totaly depends on candidate analytical skills, presence of mind and ability to think in order to crack the ICICI GD.

So, if you want the Case study Topics, then please search from the internet and read it carefully and keep practice, so that you will get idea, how to crack the GD.

Gd means group discussion. It is a filtering section in a interview. You need good communication skills to cross this section. The topics are about current affairs in politics, education, status, economics, finance condition.

in icici they give case study....in my turn..my case study was that there is ABC College and you all are member of core committe or something..An NGO has asked college for donation regading epidemic condition of malaria..but the dean of college don't want children to give money from their parents pocket..so he wants students to come with ideas to collect money..5-6 options are available for collecting money and now you have to decide which activity must be selected..activities included
1-selling old newspaper
2-giving tutions to college juniors
3-organizing musc concert
4-settin stalls--food games
5-working in bpo's
etc..

our grp decided to give tutions to collect money..
out of 10 students 7 or 8 are selected...

dont worry.....bahut fuddu gd hoti hai...they eliminate those who speak very very less

just be confident ...
