Job Profile: The main role of the Trainee would be involvement in implementing ideas & innovative initiatives within the Investment Banking and Institutional Broking Businesses.
Skills Set: The candidate must be a good communicator in both regional language and English. He must have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office especially in Microsoft Excel. He must be customer oriented, confident, and positive in approach. He should create friendly atmosphere in the company.
Qualifications: The minimum qualification required for the post is Masters in Business and Application (MBA) or Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDBM) in Banking and Finance or Post Graduate Diploma in Business and Administration (PGDBA). If a candidate had done his Graduation along with some specialization Diploma course from some reputed institute then he can also apply for the post.
Experience: 0-1 years
Pay Scale: Rupees 1, 75,000 to 2, 00,000 as all payments are subject to taxes as applicable.
Location of Work: Mumbai, Chennai, Kolkata, and New Delhi
No. of Positions: Eight Plus Trainees are required at every location.
Duration: 6 months to 1 year depending on the project assigned to the Trainee by the company.
