I heard about one college in Hyderabad which is actually offering Bachelors of Culinary Arts from almost 12 to 13 years. Check with them but definitely in India I never heard about any college or an institution offering a post graduate diploma in culinary arts. Hope some one initiates this and help our Indian students so that they don’t have to go to other countries and end up paying large amounts.

One has to understand that PG in CUlinary Arts is not only for the chef's who pursur a career in hotels and restaurants.Think about the huge demand for the Chef Trainers in the Hotel,Catering and Culinary Institutes in India.Post Graduation will be a compulsory requirement in future for all the University related colleges offering bachelor courses.

Also please keep in mind with the Foreign Direct Investment in higher education all the leading Hospitality,catering,hotel and culinary institutes in the world will enter Indian market and then Post Graduation will be an added qualification for future Chef Trainers.
