Master of Culinary arts
Culinary Arts refers to the art of cooking. Under the subject culinary art, one is taught the various ways and arts which can be used and applied in the kitchen. Under the degree of master of culinary arts, the students are taught various ways and methods of cooking. New recopies and items of various cuisines are studied and learned under this course. This course also teaches the ways in which the kitchen can be managed, and the way in which the food is to be cooked. Classification of items is also taught under this course. Which one will be the starter and which one will come in the last, is made clear to every student of this course?
One needs to be having a bachelor’s degree in order to be eligible for the course of master’s of culinary arts. The bachelor’s degree should be of any of the recognized institute and university of India.
Course Outlook:
the course duration of masters of culinary arts is not certain and specific. The course duration varies with institute and universities. Few universities offer this course for 1 year, whereas few universities offer this course with duration of two years. Generally the duration is 2 years in most of the colleges.
Job Prospects:
There are plenty of jobs after the completion of the course. One can become a chef or look at a renounced hotel or restaurant. Even food and beverage companies recruit this degree holder at managerial rank. Many private companies also require Masters of Culinary arts.

Hey Im also applying for the Post Graduate iploma In Culinary Arts but I never understood the concept of Trade Test as part of the selection procedure.I hope they dont except us o make a 10 feet ice-carving as I saw in the college website?
