MY ALL INDIA RANK (B.ARCH) UNDER AIEEE CATEGORYWISE 18001 AND STATE (WEST BENGAL) CATEGORYWISE 724, WHERE SHALL I GET CHANCE ? PLEASE REPLY AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

i have 24139 rank in wbjee ca n i get haldia college of engineering or which is best for me
