Government fee structure for admission into M.Pharmacy courses?

I have joined my daughter in one of the leading M.pharmacy college in Bangalore and got provisional admission. Now the problem is, I want Bank loan and approached one of the National Bank in Hyderabad, they asked me to provide the Govt Fee structure for M.pharmacy course.

Kindly provide me categorically, the Fee strecture apart from other allied fee details.
