If you have completed your BCom, you are eligible to skip the Foundation Program of the Company Secretary course. Besides Foundation program, the course comprise of Executive Program, Final Program and 15 months of Management training along with another 15 days training prescribed by the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
Being a graduate, you will need to enroll for the Executive Program.

If you are ready to enroll for the program, you may do so anytime during a year.
Depending upon the date of your registration, you will be eligible to appear for any of the two examinations conducted in the month of June and December.
