Hi dear..
 Both B.Arch And B.Tech in Architectural Engineering are good branches with wide opportunities. It's just that in B.Tech AE you will have to study some subjects of Civil Engineering too with subjects of B.Arch such as planning, construction etc. Overall, B.Tech students have an edge..!!
