I have completed 3rd year Mechanical Engineering from Manipal university. Can I get direct fourth year admission in engineering colleges affiliated to University of Mumbai colleges affiliated to Pune University?

At this juncture, you will not be allowed to take admission in 4th year B.Tech in any college affiliated to University of Mumbai. If you wish to join any college under University of Mumbai, then you have to let go off your current degree and get fresh admission in B.Tech 1st year at the college of your preference under University of Mumbai. This is because, you are not a registered student of University of Mumbai, but a student of University of Pune which are completely different and separate institutions and are not related to each other.
