Having M.Tech in Transportation am I eligible for the post of RTO?
Sir, I have completed my M.Tech in Transportation Engineering. Am I eligible for direct RTO Officer Post or tell me the procedure of creating this post in state?

You should particularly apply for state public service exam...there is no direct recruitment for RTO...you should apply for IMV or ARTO that are of group B under state government ... state public service commission conduct exams for this ...since you are engineering holder you are eligible for the exams
