Sir, my height is 169 cm and I belong to Schedule Caste category. I am from Andhra Pradesh. Can I apply for SSC GD Constable? What are the other eligibility criteria? Is there any relaxation for Schedule Caste category candidates?

The Height and other requirements to apply for SSC GD Constable are given below.

HEIGHT

** For male candidates General/OBC = 170

** For all candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes = 170

CHEST Expanded (minimum 4 cm)

** For male candidates General/OBC = 81

** For all candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes = 81

Eligibility Criteria

** The candidate should have passed 10th class from a recognized board.

** The age of the applicants should be in between 18 to 23 years.

** Age relaxation is given to candidates belonging to reserved categories as per the government rules.
