How to appear for GATE after completing MSc Physics?

Sir,
I have completed M.Sc. Physics. I will be appearing for GATE2013(Physics) exam.May i know the recruitment through GATE 2013(like BARC)?

i have pasout m.sc but in one exam exam i wil not pas. can i sit in gate exam.

i am post gratuate student in physics with first class if i clear gate then what i can do?
