How to appear in Orissa JEE for MBBS course?

i am a permanent resident of west bengal.i passed higher secondary in 2010.i want to appear in orissa joint entrance 2011 for m.b.b.s. course.my question is can i apperar in orissa jee??

The Orissa JEE examination is conducted twice in a year. The candidates applying for this for MBBS must be aware of the eligibility criteria for the test :
1. The candidate must have passed or appeared in CHSE Orissa 10+2 examination with Physics, Chemistry and Biology with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks.
2. In case of SCs/STs, there is a relaxation of 10% in the aggregate marks.
3. The age limit for the program is between 17 to 25 years. The age limit is relaxable for SCs/STs is of 3 years.
