How to appear for TYB.Com from Kalina University and what documents are needed?

Dear Sir, I have passed my FY B.Com and SY B.Com from Matushree Pushpaben Vinubhai Valia College of Commerce (MPVVCC), Mumbai but I want to appear TY B.Com from University of Kalina. Is it possible? What are the procedure and what document are required for the admission?
